  4. Give up Smoking - Smoking is much worse than alcohol. It poisons the body and lowers women’s level of fertility drastically. The fourth of the tips for getting pregnant is to give up smoking.

  5. Regular Exercise - You need to be healthy to be able to get pregnant. Therefore, along with a healthy balanced and nourishing diet, one of the tips for getting pregnant is to do regular exercise. Go for long walks; that will stimulate the essential hormones.

  6. Relaxation is a Must - You will not be able to conceive if you are desperate to make babies. That tension itself will become the hurdle. So, relax, relax and relax.
